Can I Return My Jewelry?You can return your item within 15 days of purchase. The jewelry must be in new condition, unworn, and returned with the original packaging and all certificates.

How Do I Return an Item?Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Get Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back. Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days, returning the funds to your original payment method.

Can I Exchange My Jewelry Instead of Returning It?Yes, we offer exchanges of jewelry within the 15-day return period in Nepal. The item must meet the same conditions as the return policy (new, unworn, original packaging).

How Long Does Delivery Take Within Nepal?Within the City: Orders are usually delivered within 1 business day after placing your order. Outside the Valley: Delivery takes around 2 business days, depending on your location. It also depends on your order, if it is custom jewelry then it can take weeks. And the delivery date can be extended depending on the jewelry order.

What Are the Shipping Costs for Orders in Nepal?Inside the Valley: Delivery is free. Outside the Valley: Shipping fees depend on the region and will be calculated at checkout.
